About
I industrialize AI, from engineering workflow to production product.
Full-stack engineer with 9 years in production, now focused on applied AI: coding agents, AI-assisted engineering workflows and products that ship LLMs.
My time as CTO taught me to ask the right questions before writing a single line of code: which process is expensive, who uses the tool, and how we measure the gain.
Front-end stays my bar for craft — React/Next.js, accessibility, performance — but it's the foundation now, not the goal.

By the numbers
Nine years of building, optimizing, measuring.
A few figures representative of the missions I've led, from the French Ministry of Interior to a fast-growing startup.
9 yrs
of experience since 2017, with continuous React & TypeScript since 2019, after starting in Java with an Angular detour.
150k
lines of code migrated by AI-assisted workflows and shipped to production.
+37 pts
accessibility gain (from 46% to 83% WCAG) in collaboration with UX/UI and QA.
~92h
per month saved via sales pipeline automation at Davancorp.
÷2
call-back time halved after the lead pipeline rework.
115
rental units managed at Davancorp.
90%
of real-estate reports pre-filled automatically via AI on Scanorr.
352
components migrated by an AI-assisted workflow (React 16→18), with zero regression.
Stack
A stack honed by 9 years of production work.
What follows is not exhaustive: only what I've actually shipped to production with a solid level of mastery.

OCTO Technology · French central government
- Designing agentic workflows: explicit analysis / planning / implementation / verification stages, each with its own context, instructions and tools, plus checkpoints to review output, correct the trajectory and approve continuation.
- Dependency-upgrade agent wired into CI/CD, with human validation after the LLM analysis, built to be reused internally.
- Drove 4 simultaneous migrations in ~1 month (React 16→18, dead UI lib → mdb-react-ui-kit v10, Bootstrap 4→5, Enzyme→React Testing Library) over 26,000 lines / 350+ components: 250 files reworked, 82 test files rewritten, ~−28,000 net lines of dependencies. Second app: UI foundation migrated in 4 weeks (14,500 lines, 11 component families).
- Experimentation and measurement: tests on real cases and metric collection to assess results, surface limits and steer workflow improvements.
- Capitalization: reusable toolkit of 2 specialized agent sets and 4 commands, 12 documented lessons-learned, demos and cross-team sharing to drive adoption.
